PARAMETERS & CRITERIA FOR RECRUITMENT

KA’AH Football Academy talents identiﬁcation strategy evolved in 2019 with the technical, scouting and recruitment department paying more attention to height, body size, posture.

The Academy also extended its scouting to regional scouting in other geopolitical zones of the country offering equal opportunities to players across the country to be evaluatedby the club with the goal of recruiting the exceptional talents to KA’AH Football Academy .

KA’AH FOOTBALL CLUB STRUCTURE

At present, KA’AH Football CLUB currently operates the following age groups as shown in the table below;

KAAH LIMITED SPORT ORGANIZAION performs certain administrative, marketing and PR services while we have a total number of 6 personnel management consisting of the Proprietor who also serves as the CEO and Director of Football. Other portfolios in the club includes; General Coordinator, Media Director, Team Manager, Technical Adviser and Youth Coach.
